My friend there is 60 years of evidence, 1.6trillion USD given as aid till today. And the same poverty that was in recipient countries is more than 20% worse now than it was then before aid. I person comes up with such a pathetic story and pictures and then we all forget? This is not scientific and since we know that the donors usually want to get favour from convincing people that they are successful, this is what we get. If you want to convince me that this is true we need another independent party with different motivations to assess the impacts of US aid otherwise I do not have reason to be led to believe that it has been successful.
